Are you a professional, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Robert Half is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join a dynamic legal team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm and supporting its attorneys and paralegals.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression.

Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and take accurate messages.

Schedule appointments and maintain the firm's meeting and court calendars.

Manage correspondence, sort mail, and prepare outgoing communications.

Keep reception and common areas organized and presentable.

Provide basic administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Assist in client intake and onboarding processes, maintaining confidentiality.

Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role; experience in a legal environment is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is preferred.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
