The Finance Manager will be an integral member of the Enterprise Finance team supporting the Legal, Corporate Communications & Credit Review organizations.

Specific Responsibilities:

Manage reporting processes and financial routines for multiple divisions, including month-end close, monthly financial reviews and rolling forecasts.

Prepares monthly accruals to ensure properly reported results. Develops concise insightful commentary and identifies risks and opportunities to stated targets.

Provide monthly financial presentations to each business with appropriate commentary and analytics.

Provide financial advice and insight to business partners to help ensure appropriate levels of financial analysis & scenario modeling.

Major participant in the planning processes including preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts. Develops and tracks key analytics in order to assess and communicate business performance.

Support budgeting, tracking, strategic planning and monthly forecasting.

Partners with key stakeholders in order to administer and improve critical financial processes including financial tools and reporting.

Responsible in broad terms for identifying issues, risks and opportunities existing in the company's financials, synchronizing the financial impacts and communicating the findings to senior finance and business line management.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of direct experience in business unit financial management, preferably at a financial institution.

Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the big picture, while working through the operational details required to construct a forecast / budget.

Detailed oriented, diligent with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with business partners.

Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.

Experience in process improvement and documentation a plus.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, action-oriented approach to problem solving.

Experience of Hyperion Essbase/SmartView and Oracle Financials preferred.

Strong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required

MBA a plus.
