Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerks to join our clients team on a contract basis. In this role, you will support the medical records department by scanning, organizing, and maintaining digital files to ensure accurate and timely record keeping.

Shifts Available:

First Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Swing Shift: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Scan paper documents into the client's electronic records system

Ensure files are correctly labeled, indexed, and stored digitally

Review scanned images for clarity and accuracy

Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Organize and prepare documents for scanning

Assist with basic data entry tasks as assigned

Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly
