Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting project management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: WASHINGTON, MO

Pay Range: $19-$21 hour

What's the Job?

Filtering through the system and identifying milestone dates.

Contacting customers to confirm dates as directed by Project Managers.

Pulling data from the system to populate DMM data.

Downloading drawings and submittals and posting to associated files.

Full-Time preferred; may consider a Part-Time person.

What's Needed?

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

Proficiency in data management and document handling.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail in all aspects of work.
