Job Description
Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a seasoned, client-facing Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Marketing Agency team. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact digital initiatives for top-tier financial services clients, working with cutting-edge technologies and best-in-class brands. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of advertising and marketing-oriented services, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Experience Required:
8-12 years of experience as a Project Manager or Digital Producer
Minimum 4 years managing interactive/web projects in an agency or professional services environment
Experience with financial services clients is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities:
Capture and document client objectives and project requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, engineering) to estimate timelines, effort, and costs.
Own project plans, deliverables, and quality assurance processes.
Lead weekly client and internal meetings to review progress and reports.
Maintain accurate schedules and forecasts.
Manage team assignments and workload balancing.
Track and reconcile project time and assist with client invoicing.
Support clients with long-term planning and budgeting
Required Skills:
Strong financial/commercial management (budgeting, estimating, forecasting).
Proficiency in enterprise work management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum) and Jira.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and documentation skill.

Salary Transparency:

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
