Position: Senior Director, Supply Chain (Dress Shirts Group)
Position Overview:
Build and execute a multiyear global supply chain strategy to deliver best-in-class product quality, cost efficiency, and speed to market for the Dress Shirts category. Manage Technical Design, Raw Material Development, Global Sourcing, Supply Planning, Strategy, and Hub Operation teams to ensure end-to-end alignment from concept through delivery.
Optimize and scale best practices across the enterprise to unlock value and support sustainable category growth. Cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors and supply chain partners to achieve results through collaboration and aligned strategic goals. Monitor macroeconomic trends and proactively lead risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Advance operational excellence through disciplined KPI management and continuous improvement. Deliver strategic initiatives that generate value, strengthen competitive advantage, and position the business for future growth. Build and develop a high-performing, resilient organization that reflects PVH Core Values.
What You Will Do:
Build and lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Dress Shirts category, supporting long-range growth plans and financial targets
Guide Technical Design, ensuring garments meet quality, fit, and production feasibility
Oversee Raw Material Development, focusing on innovation, scalability, and cost-efficiency
Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy that balances cost, speed, flexibility, and quality
Manage seasonal and long-range supply planning in partnership with Planning, Sales, and Operations to meet service level, inventory, and margin goals
Lead regional Hub Operations responsible for managing vendor production timelines, shipment execution to distribution centers, and product costing accuracy. Ensure timely delivery by driving issue resolution and escalating supply risks across all regions and channels.
Cultivate strong vendor and mill partnerships to drive agility, shared accountability, and continuous improvement across the supply chain
Monitor global trade, geopolitical, and macroeconomic trends; develop mitigation strategies to reduce operational risk and ensure continuity
Establish and maintain clear KPIs and performance dashboards to track execution, drive accountability, and improve service and efficiency
Champion transformation initiatives to modernize systems, digitize workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Sales, Product Development, Finance, Planning, and Operations to align supply chain initiatives with broader brand and business objectives
Build and sustain strong working relationships with Global Business teams and Supply Chain leadership to ensure alignment and execution across markets
Help improve visibility, shared decision making, and collaborative performance between upstream and downstream partners
Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, development, and operational excellence, rooted in PVH Core Values

Education:

Pay Range:$159,300---$215,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
