With minimal supervision, provides a wide variety of administrative and secretarial assistance for one or more managers in OR QMMSS.

The confidential nature of work requires necessity for discretionary judgment and tact in conversations with all internal and external contact.

Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Advanced secretarial and word processing training. Or equivalent educ/experience

2 years Related experience.

Demonstrated experience in professional communication with all levels of the ministries and regional offices.

This position works at multiple locations: Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center, Providence Newberg Medical Center, and Providence Milwaukie Hospital

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
