We are looking for an organized, flexible Administrative Assistant who excels in teamwork and is a resourceful, dedicated problem solver who will support a large engineering organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, diligent, and able to follow through with attention to detail and strict sense of confidentiality in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting and organizing events, support senior leadership while providing essential team and building support.

Description

You will provide administrative support to a Director and his team, including managing complex calendars while troubleshooting conflicts. The candidate will represent Apple in high-level contacts both internally and externally requiring significant level of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality. The candidate will display exemplar professionalism, proactivity, resourcefulness, and follow-through, in frequent interactions with all levels of the organization. You will also plan and support multiple team events throughout the year, helping the team connect, through your creativity and attention to detail. This position requires someone who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and projects a positive demeanor.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years experience providing administrative support to executives or directors and their teams, preferably in a high tech environment

Extensive experience supporting multiple schedules, calendars and priorities with minimal direction

Attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines are required.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Technically savvy, ability to use and troubleshoot common programs and systems (Mac experience is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

AA or BA/BS degree

Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and easily

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $35.98 and $63.96/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
