What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Processing all new and used vehicle registrations per state requirements and preparing necessary documentation for the DMV.

Managing warranty claims from intake to auditing and reimbursement, ensuring timely submission to manufacturers.

Supporting general dealership operations by responding to customer inquiries and assisting sales and finance teams with administrative tasks.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have prior experience in title work, warranty administration, or dealership operations (preferred).

Possess strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Are comfortable working in a fast-paced office and dealership environment with excellent customer service and communication skills.
