Description We are looking for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills. As an integral part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks while supporting team members and management.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels with team members, clients, and management.

Organize and maintain records, schedules, and other essential documentation.

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to address administrative needs and resolve challenges.

Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Make independent decisions to determine the best course of action for specific assignments.

Develop and implement proactive solutions to improve administrative workflows.

Proofread and edit documents to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and formatting.

Maintain a conscientious and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.

Support the team with additional administrative duties as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems effectively.

Proactive and self-motivated approach to work responsibilities.

Proficiency in basic office skills, including document management and scheduling.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
