What will I be doing?
As Head of AD&C Luxury & Lifestyle, you will lead all architecture, design, and construction activities across Hilton's Luxury and Lifestyle brand portfolio for the US and Canada. On the AD&C US & Canada team reporting to the SVP of AD&C US & Canada, you will oversee and manage all New Build, Conversion, Adaptive Re-Use, Renovations, Renewals and Brand Change AD&C projects under the Luxury & Lifestyle brand category.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Lead a team to oversee hotel designs, in collaboration with Brand teams, owners, and external designers, that align to each Luxury and Lifestyle's brand aspiration and design narrative.
Lead a team that oversees and manages construction and renovation project management for all Luxury and Lifestyle hotel projects.
Develop a team of exceptional interior designers and project managers that are passionate about assisting owners in constructing the best Luxury & Lifestyle hotel properties in the region.
Oversee and provide ongoing guidance to team members to ensure timely openings and renovations of Luxury & Lifestyle units, adhering to brand standards.
How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with Owners, Hilton stakeholders, and consultants to lead design reviews, hotel construction projects and renovations, ensuring accurate forecasting and quality standards to support Net Unit Growth (NUG) goals and desired guest experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants to provide guidance as proto@types, standards, FF&E packages, and other brand defining elements are created.
Partner with brand category leaders and brand design to ensure consistency in standards and design narratives
What initiatives you will take ownership of:
Oversee and manage all New Build, Conversion, Adaptive Re-Use, Renovations, Renewals and Brand Change AD&C projects under the Luxury & Lifestyle brand category.
Develop and implement strategies, processes, and procedures to align the team with the larger AD&C department to achieve company objectives. Regularly evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure continued success.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Ten (10) years of Hospitality Architecture, Design and/or Construction experience.
Ten (10) years Managerial, Supervisory or Project Management experience.
In-depth knowledge of Architecture, Design and Construction industry especially as it relates to the Hospitality Industry.
Travel domestically as required.
It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
Advanced degree in Architecture or Business.
Seven (7) years of in-depth experience in complex Full Service or Luxury brand design and construction.
