Job Description

We are seeking a professional Medical Receptionist to join our team in Jenks, United States. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while managing various administrative duties efficiently and professionally.

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

Manage the office calendar, visitor scheduling system

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and maintain office supplies inventory

Ensure reception area is tidy and professional at all times

Support other departments with various administrative tasks

Process incoming referrals

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of reception or related customer service experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong customer service orientation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

Strong organizational and time management skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accuracy in daily tasks

Experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, phone systems)

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Basic data entry and record-keeping abilities

Experience with insurance verification and authorizations

Additional Information

What We Offer:

Compensation pay range of $16-$17 per hour, depending on experience

Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
