Transfer Agency - Investor Services Operations - Vice President

Join JPMorgan Chase as a Vice President in Transfer Agency Operations, where you will lead a talented team in a fast-paced environment, driving strategic change and delivering exceptional results for our business.

As a Vice President on the TA Ops team, you will oversee critical operations, manage high-profile client relationships, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards. You will collaborate with senior leaders across various teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure the Transfer Agency is "Audit Ready" at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Fund and Investor level activities.

Serve as the primary contact for high-profile clients, managing complex inquiries.

Oversee completeness reviews related to investor or fund activity/changes.

Direct the production and review of client and investor level reporting.

Lead ad-hoc reporting, including board reports and audit requests.

Manage the final signoff process for investor transactions and resolve documentation issues.

Champion established processes and lead initiatives to improve accuracy and mitigate risk.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proven dedication to superior client service with the ability to remain poised under pressure.

Strong leadership skills with a professional and proactive approach to work.

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to work with precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to work independently with strong follow-through and strategic vision.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Minimum 7-10 years' experience in the Financial Services industry.

Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Ability to create a vision and actionable roadmap with a focus on ongoing innovation.
