How you create impact

The Warehouse Team Lead has general responsibility for coordinating and monitoring warehouse activities daily. Under the direction of Contract Logistics Site Supervisors, you Lead will effectively motivate others to work hard, meet company goals, and foster a healthy collaborative work environment. You will be responsible for supporting the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

Oversee all daily department activities and ensure all processes are followed accurately

Ensure employees are assigned daily tasks to meet department objectives.

Track and log production units and labor on Hourly Production Board and department Daily log.

Ensure all email correspondence are responded to in a timely manner.

Process and maintain client products accurately to ensure products are accounted for from Inbound to Outbound.

Ensure all material/product movements are audited and transferred timely and accurately.

Ensure Logistic Tickets are completed for all PO's that have discrepancies.

Ensure all POs are received complete and take appropriate action to resolve discrepancies.

Assist employees as needed to complete daily objectives.

Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion

Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.

Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

Verify all housekeeping logs and 5S are completed and up to date.

Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.

Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA an MSDS standards.

Adhere to Kuehne + Nagel's Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Program polices and procedure

What we would like you to bring

1 year of experience in a Warehousing Reverse/Return function.

1 year of experience in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment.

Must have experience utilizing SAP/Infolog software

Must have experience Microsoft Excel, Outlook
