Up-and-Coming Account Manager Wanted - Join L& L Candle in Brea!

Are you a local talent with a background in operations and a passion for consumer goods? Client is looking for a motivated Account Manager ready to grow within our dynamic team!

Account Manager Duties:

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned accounts, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment

Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale clients

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams (sales, operations, production)

Coordinate with supply chain and production to ensure timely delivery of products

Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorder needs proactively

Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities

Assist in onboarding new accounts and support their integration into company processes

Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction

Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns relevant to accounts

Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction

Support internal teams with forecasting and demand planning

Participate in meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to align on goals and expectations

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

1-5 years experience in operations or related roles

Ideally a degree holder

Experience in consumer goods, tabletop, home goods, or similar industries

Local to Brea or nearby - we want someone ready to make an impact right here!

A self-starter eager to grow and take on more responsibility
