The Opportunity
As part of the Financial Analysis and Reporting team you are responsible for managing payroll tax filings and amendments for multi-state purposes, and overseeing Form W-2 process and addressing revisions needed for Form W-2c purposes. As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining exceptional standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member's unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities
Manage payroll tax filings and amendments for multi-state purposes
Oversee Form W-2 process and address corrections for Form W-2c
Lead teams and manage client accounts with strategic planning
Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their skills
Assure elevated standards and successful project completion
Motivate and inspire team members to deliver quality work
Identify opportunities to improve payroll tax processes
Embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
4 years of accounting, finance or PwC experience
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in managing payroll tax filings
Knowledge of legislation impacting payroll tax
Experience with ADP SmartCompliance
Skills in administering Workday payroll tax system
Ability to manage internal client relationships
Proficiency in designing payroll reporting
Experience in preparing payroll journal entries
Ability to oversee Form W-2 process

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
