Warehouse Supervisor

Adecco is assisting a client searching for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in the Jupiter, FL area. As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and staff supervision. The ideal candidate will ensure that productivity targets are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory control.

Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees to improve performance and ensure compliance with company policies.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and proper documentation.

Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.

Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary.

Communicate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet shipping and delivery timelines.

Implement and maintain safety procedures and company policies to promote a clean and safe work environment.

Prepare reports on inventory levels, employee performance, and other KPIs as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management systems.

Forklift certification preferred.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).

Working Conditions:

Physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment.

May require overtime, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.

Shift Schedule: from 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay for this position is $27.00 /hr.
