Job Title: Administrative/ HR Assistant

Location: Brighton, CO

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate:$23-$25/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations in Brighton, CO. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. You will play a key role in maintaining employee records and supporting day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

File and scan documents, including I-9 forms

Maintain and update employee records in HR databases

Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

Support training coordination and employee events

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Prepare reports and documentation as needed

Required Qualifications

Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
