position is to support the Department Supervisor by overseeing Lab
Technicians in the assigned department. All duties and procedures are to
be performed according to the established standard and in compliance
with all company and governing body policies. This position is expected
to act as a resource, helping direct the work on the floor, train group
members and resolve issues as they arise. Reasonable accommodations may

functions of this role. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Acquires and
maintains a detailed understanding of the products, processes and
equipment within the assigned area Demonstrates a high degree of
discipline, integrity and work ethic to members of the team Leads
activities for associate techs, production techs, and sr. production
techs Ensures Associates are following all processes for their assigned
location, including safety procedures Resolves process problems to
affect minimum downtime and maximum process yields, while utilizing
established problem solving methods, technical resources and by
