Responsibilities Perform analysis on a wide variety of healthcare operations data. Research, manipulate, and analyze data related to acquisition of new, complex health initiatives. Conduct business case analysis, market research, spend analysis and detailed benchmarks against other DoD and non-DoD health care systems. Evaluate and assess current market conditions through development of market surveys and Requests for Information (RFI) from industry. Has cost, schedule, performance, and risk reporting responsibilities for assigned acquisition programs. Manage and assist in the acquisition of complex health care programs and capabilities. Work with DHA, Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Service headquarters representatives to actively promote and train DHA acquisition programs.
