Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate production staff and operations.

Ensure production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and quality standards.

Train and mentor production employees.

Maintain production records and report on performance.

Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment

functionality.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.

Work with other departments to ensure material availability.

Monitor production timelines and ensure goals are met.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.

Requirements:

Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial

Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision.

Knowledge of injection molding and manufacturing processes.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in production software and MS Office.
