As BTCS accelerates its growth across the Americas, our Senior Director of Account Management will play a pivotal role in deepening relationships with our existing client base while driving new revenue opportunities. This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for shaping client strategy, delivering world-class service, and maximizing value for both clients and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute all aspects of account management and sales strategy for domestic and global clients, with full responsibility for planning, performance, and client satisfaction.
Cultivate, expand, and sustain strategic, enterprise-wide client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts, including renewals, up-sell, cross-sell, and introduction of new BTCS products and solutions.
Collaborate with product, solutions, and sales teams to align client needs with BTCS offerings and increase account penetration.
Leverage expert negotiation and communication skills to structure, present, and close commercial agreements that maximize value for both BTCS and our clients.
Hold accountability for hitting and exceeding quota targets; own sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for your portfolio.
Guide, mentor, and coach team members and colleagues, sharing expertise across the organization.
Stay ahead of market dynamics, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to best advise clients and inform business development strategy.
Lead complex accounts or territories, with broad autonomy to set and negotiate deal terms and manage resources.
Who You Are:
Strategic relationship builder and client advocate, recognized for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving growth.
Accomplished professional with at least 8 years of relevant account management and sales experience, ideally in financial technology, financial services, or related B2B environments.
Expert negotiator with a proven track record managing high-profile, complex accounts, structuring custom solutions, and influencing senior decision makers.
Deeply knowledgeable about market trends, financial products/services, and the evolving needs and challenges of institutional clients.
Data-driven business partner with demonstrated success in achieving quota, guiding commercial strategy, and delivering client outcomes.
Experienced project and people leader who invests in mentoring others and contributing at the enterprise level.
Creative problem solver who can lead teams to innovative solutions to complex challenges in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Excellent communicator who can articulate BTCSs value proposition and translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
Salary range $175,000.00- $190,000.00 Bonus Eligible.
