Job Summary
Working supervisor overseeing master data management, e-commerce solution, vendor setups, contracting platforms, and other technologies.
Lead a team of business system & process owners with a technical aptitude.
Responsible for driving process and technology improvement for the Supply Chain organization, demonstrating a broad-based knowledge of all aspects of the sourcing and procurement process with a technology support focus.
Lead system continuous improvement initiatives through requirements gathering, analytics, evaluating and integrating tools to drive the department from tactical activities to more strategic value activities.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
-Provide oversight to the team as the business owner of various supply chain applications.
-In coordination with the business and IT initiate, research, evaluate and recommend new technologies.
-Manage sourcing system configuration, administration and support.
-Manage contracting system configuration, administration and support.
-Oversee master data management through robust vendor setups, PII data safeguarding, and ensuring consistent master data across applications.
-Conduct regular 1x1s with team members.
-Define objectives for the team and alignment with overall department goals.
-Ensure systems are operating optimally and in support of the needs of the business.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
-Experience gained through college degree program or equivalent combination of education and experience required; minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain experience with a technology aptitude.
-Experience in first level supervision or leading complex multi team projects . Ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative culture.
-General business knowledge and acumen, with broad-based knowledge of sourcing, procurement, contracting and supplier management process.
-Advanced Microsoft office capabilities (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Exhibits high level of trustworthiness and integrity.
