Inventory & Kitting Associate

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Fort Collins, CO

Experience Level: Entry Level

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory & Kitting Associate to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate inventory management and timely preparation of materials for production, service, and sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cycle counts and post inventory updates

Prepare kitting packages for assembly production, service repair, and sales orders

Examine, stock, and kit materials accurately

Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment

Maintain accurate inventory through careful counting and documentation

Required Skills:

Previous experience in warehouse operations, but not required

Ability to use pallet jacks and basic warehouse equipment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems

Internal customer service mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
