Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hebron, Kentucky. As part of a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity, you will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, multitasking, and contributing to a team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and coordinate schedules to ensure efficient time management for team members.

Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, organizing documents, and preparing reports.

Handle import and export documentation with accuracy and attention to deadlines.

Coordinate and facilitate conference calls, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.

Perform clerical duties such as data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.

Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval of information.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.

Act as the receptionist by welcoming visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel. Requirements - Proven experience in calendar management and administrative assistance.

Familiarity with handling import and export documentation processes.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to facilitate conference calls effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for document preparation and presentations.

Solid organizational skills, including experience with filing and clerical tasks.

Detail-oriented approach to receptionist duties, including greeting guests and managing phone calls.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
