We are searching for a highly organized, personable, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a key role in supporting daily operations. This is a fully on-site position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to a collaborative workplace.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office and team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize logistics for events or appointments.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with an eye for detail.

Handle phone calls and email inquiries, directing them to the appropriate contacts if necessary.

Maintain office supplies and equipment by keeping inventory and sourcing as needed.

Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other documentation.

Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.

Support special projects and take on additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office tools.

High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Attributes:

Previous on-site office experience is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
