Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lawndale, California. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The role involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring efficient communication across teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Respond promptly to inbound calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records and databases.

Serve as the first point of contact, handling receptionist duties with professionalism.

Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence as required.

Coordinate schedules and appointments to streamline team workflows.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Support team members in various clerical tasks and special projects.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative activities. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related role.

Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing receptionist tasks.

Strong skills in data entry and record-keeping.

Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
