Now Hiring: 3rd Shift Manufacturing Operator - $17.75/hr | Wyoming, NY

Great opportunity for recent grads or entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing!

Shift: Overnight (3rd Shift Only)

Sun-Thur: 11pm-7am

Pay: $17.75/hour to start + pay increase & benefits upon permanent hire

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're hiring reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join a local production team on the overnight shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who's eager to grow in a machine operation role or recent grad ready to gain manufacturing experience!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various production presses to meet daily output goals

Accurately complete production reports and routing documentation

Inspect parts to ensure quality and consistency

Follow all safety protocols and machine operation procedures

Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and production management

Maintain production standards and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

Experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and stay focused throughout the shift

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Team-oriented mindset and dependable attendance
