What You Will Do
JOB SUMMARY
Lead the transformation of internal reporting for Finance and provide finance business support to the Marketing and I&I functions. Develop, adapt, and execute aligned business strategies and analytics to enable decision making and drive competitive advantage across Marketing and I&I, in collaboration with senior and executive leadership. Deputize for CFO at strategic meetings or key initiatives, advising and lending expertise to the business in areas related to future state performance such as consulting and coaching (e.g., interpreting financial results and measures in the @context of business operations), providing forward-looking financial insight on market conditions, competitors, and alternative business scenarios, and improving the quality of internal and external financial data and processes to drive business decision making and performance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Act as operator ensuring an efficient and effective financial organization providing a variety of services to the business beyond financial planning and analysis.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to drive continuous improvements ensuring processes and controls are current with changes within the business, technology, accounting, and regulatory environment.
Lead efforts to streamline and maximize growth by providing thought leadership and guidance to drive continuous improvements ensuring processes and controls are current with changes within the business, technology, accounting, and regulatory environment.
Act as strategist to influence the future direction and growth of the company, providing @context and insight to evaluate whether a project, initiative, or scenario will deliver sufficiently robust ROI to be worth the investment.
Develop, implement, continually enhance suite of reports for Marketing leadership.
Provide strong, forward-looking analytical leadership by analyzing functional operations, market conditions, competitions, and business scenarios to evaluate company performance to determine areas of potential cost reduction, expansion opportunities, program improvement, or policy change.
Develop and present meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and future financial, working capital, and business performance to leadership.
Assess the benefits and disadvantages of alternative models and scenarios.
Align business and finance strategy to grow the business.
Play an integral role in supporting long-term investments of the company.
Act as catalyst to direct or implement policies, objectives, or activities of the function(s) to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity.
Drive change within the organization through robust financial analysis and strong business partnership.
Stimulate and drive the timely execution of change in the finance function or business.
Drive business improvement initiatives such as improved enterprise cost reduction, procurement, pricing execution, and other process improvements and innovations that add value.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with 10+ years as a finance professional
Must be 21 years of age or older
Knowledge of:
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
ERP, planning, and reporting tools
Financial statements, risk management and controls, GAAP, and state and federal regulations
Skilledin:
Oral and written communication
Problem/situation analysis
Business analysis
Ability to:
Plan, organize, prioritize, and manage projects or programs.
Influence others to accept practices and approaches.
Maintain effective working relationships.
Demonstrate critical thinking.
Travel domestically, as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
7+ years as a finance professional and 3+ years supervisory experience
CPA
Work Environment and Physical Demand
Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
