What role you will play in our team
The WCS is a front-line supervisor responsible for the entirety of daily warehouse operations, to include package trailer loading/ unloading, product palletization/wrapping, and product storage/retrieval. The WCS operates the warehouse storage and retrieval control system (EMS) to ensure safe and efficient operations, maintain accurate product inventory, and meet customer service goals.
What you will do
Provides leadership and assumes administrative responsibility for warehouse operators
Sustains a high-performing team: stewards employee development; coaches, mentors and supervises direct reports
Ensures all employees meet applicable personnel and process safety, security, health, and environment (SSHE) requirements
Monitors applicable contractor interfaces, ensuring work is executed in a manner consistent with contractual requirements and Company expectations
Ensures that all work activities are completed in compliance with ExxonMobil management systems (e.g., PSMS, OIMS, CIMS, GPQMS/GPIMS)
Ensures compliance with all corporate, local and legal requirements and regulatory standards (SSHE, Controls, Brand/Product Integrity) and customers' expectations
Accountable for maintaining high levels of unit or work reliability, cost effective operations, and/or product movements to generate cash/profits for the company
Manages within the budget, identifies and captures efficiencies and prioritizes work commitments
Coordinates the deployment of personnel and all work activities in the field operational unit under his/her responsibility
Plans, coordinates, and executes the optimization of field/plant assets, manpower, and logistics
Oversees emergency response contingency plans and activity implementation
About you
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or supply chain
Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred
Willingness to relocate domestically for future opportunities
Flexibility to work a rotating shift schedule
Demonstrated ability to manage risks and uphold Safety, Health, Environmental standards
Ability to develop others and foster a collaborative environment
Experience with ERP platforms and inventory management preferred

The expected annual salary range for this position is $90,410 - $112,900. Individual pay will be determined based on various factors, which may include skills, abilities, qualifications, work experience, and education..
Pension Plan: Enrollment is automatic and at no cost to you. The basic benefit is a monthly annuity to be paid to you in retirement for the rest of your life.
Savings Plan: You can contribute between 6% and 20% of your pay and are encouraged to enroll right away. If you contribute at least 6% to your savings plan, the Company will contribute a 7% match.
