Qualifications: Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude. Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled. Key Responsibilities: Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service. Scan items, weigh produce, apply discounts, and process various forms of payment. Bag groceries carefully and offer carry-out assistance when needed. Maintain a clean, organized checkout area. Follow proper cash handling procedures and balance the register at shift end. Assist with front-end tasks such as restocking bags, cleaning counters, and organizing carts. Report pricing errors or customer concerns to a supervisor promptly.
