Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless administrative processes, and providing excellent customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong organizational skills, this role is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including data entry, scheduling, and handling correspondence.

Address minor HR-related inquiries, such as guiding employees on medical insurance issues or directing them to the appropriate department.

Triage incoming requests and direct them to the relevant internal teams or departments.

Utilize software tools such as Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications to maintain accurate records and reports.

Assist with manufacturing reporting by compiling and analyzing data as needed.

Respond to customer service inquiries, triaging and escalating issues to the proper internal team.

Maintain attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Foster positive relationships with team members and external contacts to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to handle minor HR-related tasks and employee relations professionally.

Customer service experience and relationship-building skills.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory. TalentMatch®
