Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Danvers, Massachusetts. This is a contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a detail-oriented environment while building your skills. The role requires a strong focus on administrative support, data management, and front desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, managing intake paperwork and ensuring smooth communication.

Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and exporting data with accuracy.

Utilize multiple software programs effectively to support administrative functions.

Answer inbound calls courteously and redirect inquiries as needed.

Maintain high standards of attention to detail in all interactions and communications.

Learn and adapt quickly to new technology and programs as required.

Provide assistance with administrative office duties, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Collaborate with team members to support organizational objectives and streamline processes.

Uphold a business casual dress code and contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic to intermediate functions such as sorting and filtering data.

Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple programs efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of health insurance processes is preferred but not mandatory.

Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering calls and managing front desk operations.
