Job Title: Manufacturing Order Processor

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $17-19/hr

Position Summary:

Responsible for inventory control, shipping, receiving, and invoicing in MS Dynamics 365, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing product orders, including entering purchase orders and generating sales orders in MS Dynamics 365.

Receive and register all materials and shipments, ensuring accurate system updates.

Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments to meet customer delivery timelines.

Perform picking, packing, and invoicing in MS Dynamics 365.

Plan inbound logistics and receiving to ensure adequate space and proper handling.

Collaborate with Planning & Production to support timely order dispatch.

Create new part numbers and perform inventory adjustments in MS Dynamics 365.

Review and submit credit requests.

Maintain shipping/receiving records and prepare related reports.

Resolve shipping and inventory issues.

Organize and maintain stock areas for cleanliness and accuracy.

Ensure compliance with environmental management requirements.

Handle customer shipping concerns and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
