Summary You will serve as the Navy ESS IPT Lead within the Shore C2ISR & Integration Department of NIWC ATLANTIC, with an official position title of IT Project Manager (PLCYPLN). Responsibilities You will apply and lead others to apply industry standard information technology program manager methods and models to complex IT programs. You will develop and execute complex program acquisition plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance constraints. You will develop cost estimates for complex programs. You will develop and execute risk management plans to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for complex programs. You will lead and mentor teams and team members. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band (NO-05) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing and executing program acquisition plans, developing cost estimates and risk management plans, resolving conflict and problems, and leading various personnel. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
