Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

Location: 11110 Town Center Blvd, Odenton, MD

Schedule: Full time, M/W/F 7 - 3:30 & T/Th 11:30 - 8; 2 late shifts

Compensation: Salary starting at $80,000, commensurate with experience

Incentives: Sign on bonus and/or indefinite student debt program

NovaCare in Odenton is seeking a full time physical therapist passionate about serving people affected by cancer to join our team as part of our growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program.Our large clinical team treats a diverse population of teens through geriatrics and offers a broad spectrum of specialty services including, but not limited to; general orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular/concussion, pelvic health, lymphedema and industrial rehabilitative services.Interest in cancer rehab required, experience preferred. Caseload will be a mix of ortho and oncology. New grads welcome to apply, as training and mentorship are available.

Responsibilities

Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

Complete and maintain required trainings

Maintain compliance with government regulations

Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience

Lymphedema interest/experience
