Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our client in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. This position is essential to ensuring the smooth operations of community-focused and customized training programs. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining participant records, and coordinating program logistics. This long-term contract role within the nonprofit sector presents an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the success and impact of the organization's initiatives.

Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling processes to ensure adequate staffing for programs and initiatives. - Coordinate credentialing processes, including verification of transcripts, employment records, and compliance forms. - Develop and oversee program schedules, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational needs. - Maintain detailed participant records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. - Facilitate background investigations as required for program participants. - Collaborate with leadership to monitor enrollment and registration processes. - Provide operational support for customized training solutions, including maintaining program calendars and attendance tracking. - Assist participants during orientation and registration to ensure a positive and seamless experience. - Build and maintain strong relationships to stay aligned with program and industry developments. - Refresh and update documentation to streamline processes and clearly define role responsibilities. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative coordination or program management. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and processes. - Familiarity with credentialing and background verification procedures. - Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, instructors, and staff. - Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
