Now Hiring: Warehouse Worker-2nd Shift

Location: Windsor, CT

Schedule: 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm)

Pay: $ 21.40/hr (2nd Shift)

Opportunity for raise and permanent hire after 90 days

About the Opportunity

Join a growing manufacturing team that plays a critical role in supporting the aviation and aerospace industries. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to ensure the smooth and accurate flow of parts and materials throughout our facility. If you're organized, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks

Pull and stage parts for production and outbound orders

Return unused materials to inventory

Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Support production teams with timely material delivery

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Experience with forklifts (sit-down or stand-up), pallet jacks, and similar equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team

Basic computer/data entry skills

OSHA certification for powered industrial trucks is a plus

Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
