Job Description:

Senior Program Manager

Our work depends on a Senior Program Manager to perform complex administrative and analytic tasks in support of a Combatant Command (CCMD), J2, Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC)

How A Senior Program Manager Will Make an Impact

Serves as the Sr Program Manager, supervising a large, Joint Intelligence Operations program in support of the CYBERCOM Area of Operations

Provides expert support to the customer through facilitating solutions in response to complex problems and emergent mission requirements

Manages task order performance and executes oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel in support of this Task Order; to include administrative components (i.e. scope, schedule, costs) as well as personnel management of the contracted workforce (i.e. staffing, training, professional development)

Provides support to the customer COR and KO

Provides technical, administrative supervision and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order

Provides guidance and leadership throughout the contracting team, to include to less-experienced contractor personnel

Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas required by the customer

Supports contracted workforce CONUS and OCONUS rotations and / or deployments

Performs additional duties as required

Travel may be required for this position

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Security Clearance Level: TS / SCI with Polygraph

US Citizenship Required

Education / Required Experience: Bachelors and 5+ years experience

Required Technical Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified; Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and Production Requirements, Knowledge pertaining to the Area of Responsibility (AOR), understanding of Cyber mission

Required Skills and Abilities: Program Management of similar size, scope and complexity; Agility in successfully communicating across a diverse range of stakeholders; Understanding of CCMD Intelligence Directorates and/or the DoD National Level IC / military services

Preferred Skills: Intelligence Experience, CCMD Experience, Cyber experience

Location: On Customer Site

Note: This is a bid position for a Program Manager role. The selected candidate will support the pursuit effort part-time while remaining in their current role. If awarded, the position will transition to full-time.

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
