Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chandler, Arizona. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to support business operations in a dynamic and growing organization. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing attentive and courteous assistance to clients and team members.

Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings to support business operations.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, for various administrative tasks.

Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist in creating and preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.

Maintain efficient filing systems and ensure proper documentation storage.

Collaborate with team members to support daily business activities and organizational goals.

Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met effectively. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

Familiarity with scheduling and appointment management.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry and documentation.
