Description: Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Suite - Outlook, (specifically Outlook Calendar management) Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

Experience in managing emails, calendars & schedules.

Desired Skills:

Experience in travel planning and expense reporting.

Experience leading projects.

Excellent communication skills.

-Familiarity with Lockheed Martin/Industry administrative systems and process, including Concur, Teams, and DOD per diem travel requirements.

-Preferred candidate will have experience with budgeting, estimating, and tracking department health with willingness to learn the business area and organizational needs.

-Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Applications (Primarily Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)

-Experience engaging with executive level leaders and local government officials.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
