The Job:
As a Technical Operations Manager, you'll be part of our Industrial team working as an On-Site employee. You'll get to:
Oversee the Tool & Die department including supervision of employees, as well as area procurement and planning.
Purchase and maintain correct/effective tooling and die inventory levels.
Manage internal and external processes to ensure there is adequate tooling to minimize equipment downtime.
Work with continuous improvement to perform and present tooling life and usage analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance.
Assist with Capital requests for the plant. This includes justification, quotes, FAR submittal, and execution of project.
Oversee the Ferrule Department from a technical and strategic standpoint
Provide standard work for all positions in the department.
Coordinate with Maintenance on fixing and improving current equipment to reduce downtime.
Drive production improvement and reduce scrap through CapEx request, process changes and innovation.
The Person:

Tool & Die Maintenance and Machining experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Expertise in LX and/or other ERP systems.
Competent in MS Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Process oriented mindset when it comes to project management.
Accountability to individual and team goals and metrics.
Proven leadership skills.
