Job Title: Temporary Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duration: 90-120 days (Possibility of extension or temp-to-hire)

Location: Central Oklahoma City, 100% Onsite

Hourly Rate: $19/hr

?Responsibilities:

Perform billing functions accurately and efficiently.

Conduct research and analysis related to accounts receivable.

Process adjustments and reconcile accounts as necessary.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

Manage high-volume workload and meet tight deadlines effectively.

Utilize Excel and Microsoft Office suite for data entry and reporting.

Ensure punctual attendance and adherence to work schedules.

Demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills.

Assist with collections efforts when required.

Requirements

Requirements:

Ability to pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute (wpm).

Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field preferred.

Strong proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
