Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Receptionist fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication with clients and maintaining an organized front office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls and voicemails, confirming, and rescheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service in both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and return phone calls, including catching up on voicemails.

Confirm, schedule, and reschedule appointments as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in both English and Spanish.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment changes.

Support front desk operations and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., email, scheduling software). null
