Are you passionate about supporting the important work of a nonprofit organization? We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team and provide essential front desk and administrative support. By joining this nonprofit team, you'll play an important role in supporting meaningful work and making a difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.

Opening, sorting, and managing incoming mail.

Operating a postage machine and delivering mail to the post office.

Assisting tenant walk-ins with inquiries or needs.

Performing administrative tasks such as filing, stuffing envelopes, assembling information packets, and providing general office support.

Monitoring email correspondence and ensuring timely responses

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

A courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.

Previous administrative experience preferred.

Comfortable using office equipment and performing basic clerical duties.

Availability to work through the end of August.
