We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ontario, California. In this role, you will serve as the Front Desk Coordinator, handling a variety of administrative tasks, including receptionist duties and supporting HR functions. Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service.

Greet visitors and handle front desk operations with professionalism and attention to detail.

Provide administrative support to the HR department, including assisting with employee orientations and documentation.

Schedule and coordinate meetings or events as needed, ensuring all preparations are in place.

Maintain organized records and files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations and address any arising needs.

Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing materials and offering guidance during the process.

Respond to inquiries from employees and clients, providing clear and helpful information.

Ensure the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with necessary materials.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles.

Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication abilities in both languages.

Familiarity with basic HR processes and willingness to provide support in HR functions.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, demonstrating adaptability.

A focused and proactive attitude in delivering high-quality work.

Availability to work Monday through Friday and assist with orientations on Tuesdays. TalentMatch®
