Machine Operator - High-Speed Manufacturing | Elgin, IL

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator to join our high-speed manufacturing team in Elgin, Illinois . This full-time position involves setting up, operating, and maintaining technical machinery to ensure efficient production and consistent product quality. Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate high-speed manufacturing equipment

Monitor machinery performance and collaborate with maintenance to resolve issues promptly

Follow safety protocols, including proper lockout/tagout procedures

Accurately complete production documentation and reporting

Perform quality inspections on raw materials and finished products

Package and label products according to company standards

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience operating manufacturing or packaging machinery

Ability to read measuring tapes and rulers; strong basic math skills

Experience in a high-speed production or packaging environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
