Construction Laborer

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Construction Laborer:

Workers will be assisting in General Mills plant, using a floor cleaner in freezer and waxing the floor and any additional construction tasks that may need completed within the plant

Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris

Load and unload building materials

Operate basic hand tools and power tools

Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers

Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe

Available shifts:

Shift timings - All Available

Job requirements:

Construction experience is a plus

Use tools of the trade

Able to lift 50lbs

Work in all weather conditions

Background Check Required
