As part of the HR leadership team, you represent people analytics throughout the organization and to all levels of seniority. Your responsibilities include:
Articulating and executing vision and strategy
Managing, and enhancing people analytics technologies
Ensuring analytics is usable, actionable, and valuable

What you'll do

Execute on our People Analytics vision and strategy to bring scalable, efficient, and automated processes to the organization
Complex data analysis
Consult with HR leaders to identify key business problems that we can solve through analysis and data transparency
Develop and implement data analyses, create visualizations, and perform predictive analytics to provide people insights to the rest of the organization
Define and track performance metrics, develop scorecards and drive improvement initiatives
Develop and implement strategies and drive "best practices" within HR processes
Actively pursue the development and ongoing improvement of self-service reporting and analytics tools and capabilities
Ensure that any data activities are in alignment with data privacy standards
Promote a risk-aware data culture that ensures compliance to data management practices
Create forecast models to drive insights and interventions
Integrate and manage large data sets to support decision makers through the interpretation of the combined data into relevant observations
Maintain operational excellence on the team by employing high quality methods of data transformation, data cleansing and data integrity assurance
Create and maintain Tableau Dashboards providing insights into all relevant subject areas for both operational and internal leadership teams
Design and deliver presentations and reports as the subject matter expert on various administration related topics
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
6 years of experience in an analytical role using advanced tools
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
MBA, Masters in IO Psychology, Masters in Analytics or similar degree
People Analytics experience or coursework
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Leading People and driving a team towards a visionExcellent analytical and interpretive skills
Knowledge of advanced analytical and statistical methodsKnowledge of HR practices is an asset
Proficient with utilizing APIs for system integrations
Proficient with database connections and accessing data via SQL
Advanced knowledge of data preparation software (i.e. Alteryx), visualization software (i.e. Tableau), and advanced analytics software (i.e. Python)
Experience with cloud-based data lakes and HRIS software is an asset
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to play the role of internal consultant to understand business requirements
