Job Description

Join a team where you will assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual and electrical components, contributing to the completion of a variety of products. You will work under general supervision, adhering to safety, quality, and quantity standards while following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.

Responsibilities

Assemble components including sub-assemblies, manual, and electrical components.

Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards.

Follow directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.

Speak up and report any safety and quality issues.

Participate in workplace organization and follow training procedures, including cross-training and teamwork.

Essential Skills

Ability to meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.

Capability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.

Ability to carry out and communicate verbal instructions in English.

Attention to detail and ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.

Strong teamwork skills, including working in a diverse setting and participating in conflict resolution.

Motivation to grow and progress in skills with a willingness to cross-train.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic computer skills.

Experience in following a process to complete a task.

Experience in assembly and production, particularly in medical device assembly.

Capability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs frequently, and occasionally 50-75 lbs.

Ability to perform tasks that require prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling.

Work Environment

Work in a clean and organized medical device manufacturing environment. The assembly process involves both sitting at a bench and standing for quality checks and packaging. After training, you are allowed to wear one earbud while working.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of REDMOND, WA

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.80 - $24.80/hr.
